17 year old Megan Holloway is about to become a senior in high school and is from Dallas, Texas is looking for a summer job, but she wants it to be away from home so she doesn´t have to stay with her mom and her 23 years old sister, while they are planning her sister Sarah´s weeding. So she aplied for a job at Thrill Ride! Amusement Park by Lake Erie, that is in another state. The only disadvantage is that she wont be with her new boyfriends Nick for 3 months. She takes a plane and a bus and finally she is at the amusement park and is really exited. The first thing she does is to check in and go to the room she is sharing with a complete stranger. When she shows up at the room her roommate isn´t there, but she can see from the door that her roommates name is Jordan. Megan first thought is that Jordan must be a total snob, because she has just taken up 3/4 of the room already eventhough she knew she was going to have a roommate. Not long before she has walked into the room, a phone on one of the desks on the room calls. Megan picks up and it is a friend of Jordan, Cole who tells her to tell Jordan he loves her, so Megan just writes a note to Jordan. Minutes after the phone calls again and it is another guy, but this guy seems to be interested in Megan, and tells her her voice is sexy. Megan can´t believe the way he flirts with her and she ask for his name which is Parker, and he tells her to tell Jordan he called. Minutes after her roomie shows up and she doesn´t seem like a snob, but she definently knows a lot of guy because with her is guy number 3 introduced as Ross. Megan gives her the messages and asks about Parker and Jordan tells her that he is 19, is in college and instead of living at these dorms, he lives in a house by the lake not long from here. Jordan ask Megan if she wants to go eat with her and Ross, but she tells she has got to unpack. After she goes out to the lake and think about Nick and how he has been sulking since he find out that Megan got the job, and that they didn´t even get to say goodbye.

When she comes back she meets the other new girls who has never been her before Alisha and Lisa, who Jordan and Megan will be sharing a bathroom with. The next morning there is orientation and Megan gets assigned to Hansel and Gretel gift shop, after there is the tour of the park and then she eats lunch with Ross and Jordan and goes to her costume fitting, where she gets the most ridicules costume. Jordan has left a message when she comes back that she is with Parker. Later she goes out to eat with Alisha and Lisa, to celebrate that Alisha got a role in a stage play. Later that night Parker calls again, and Megan can´t believe the nerve of this guy and he ask her things about how she looks and such. Megan ask if she is suppose to leave a message and he says that she can´t tell Jordan and that he called to talk to her, so they end the conversation just before Jordan shows up. The next day she is trained working and spends the rest of the day on carrousels because she really doesn´t like rollercoasters. By night Jordan invites her to a party at Parker, but she says no and ends up spending the night with Zoe who is a little bit older than Megan and is the supervisor of Megan´s floor. At night Jordan calls to tell she wont be home that she will be sleeping at Parker´s and Parker asks to talk to Megan and he ask her why she didn´t come. She tells him again that she has a boyfriend and he tells her again that he isn´t here and he ask her to come to her next party. After the next days shift Parker and Megan bumbs into each other because they recognize their voices. Parker ask her to go get some ice cream, she says no but eventually says yes. He takes a longer way so he can talk to her more and he tells her he is majoring in film, but Megan doesn´t really want to talk so much with him because: A: she has a boyfriend and she feels she is cheating on him when she talks to Parker. B: he is somehow involve with Jordan, eventhough he says he isn´t but Jordan doesn´t think so, so he thinks he is a jerk and player for hitting on her. So Megan quickly leaves.

A couple of days at night Parker calls to tell Megan that Jordan will be staying with him tonight, and Megan gets snappy and tells him it is not her problem and that he should stop calling her. Megan first day of is monday and Jordan have the day off too so they go shopping, but when they are on their way home the car wont stop, so Jordan calls Parker and he isn´t too friendly with Megan when he shows up. Jordan gets him to swap cars with her and then she and Jordan and Megan will make him dinner. To Megan´s suprise the reason for the car swapping was because Jordan have an appointment to get a manicure and pedicure, so Megan gets one too. They get too the house by the lake and Megan gets introduced to Cole and Ronda his girlfriend. Megan and Jordan cook the meal, but Megan gets burned on her arm from the oven when Parker suprises her. The 5 of them eats dinner and Ross joins them too, and Megan finds out that that Parker is Jordan´s brother and Ross is her boyfriend. Megan is so suprise that she tells them that she tought Parker was her boyfriend and that she had a thing going with Ross too. Parker also tells her that their dad is director. So now Megan knows why they are rich. By wednesday there is a small gatherning at Parker´s house and Megan goes, esspecially since the park closed early because the power whent. Parker and Megan is alone on the porch and she tells him he can´t believe he keeps flirting with her, and he tells her he is interested in her and that he thinks she is in him, and suddenly they are kissing, but when they break Megan hurries out of there. The next night Alisha´s play is performing just for the staff at night and Megan ddoesn´t want to go because Parker will be there and she cant let Alisha down, so she goes and ends up sitting next to Parker. He tells her they should talk and after some convincing she agrees to go with him to the pancake house, were Parker tells them they can just be friends and when they do stuff together like with Jordan the 2 of them get paired up so they isn´t a third wheel. The next day everyone thinks that Parker and Megan are an item and Megan uses her day besides work to tell people they are just friends, and Parker tells her she shouldn´t use her energi on it as long as they know what they are.

He also ask her if she wants to spend the next monday out on the lake with him, Jordan, Ross, Cole and Ronda, and she says yes. they go to the lake and up the a little island, where Parker shows her a lightningtower that is ther, which is suppose to be hunted. After they go back to join the others swimming, but as Megan goes out in the water she hurts her food and it is bleeding much, so they pack up and Parker that her to the hospital. When they get to the dorm Parker takes her in his arms and starts caring her, but they doesn´t even get to the elevator before Sarah suddenly is there and Megan goes out to get coffee with her. Sarah tells her that Parker is definently interested and that she needed to get away because Bobby doesn´t really care about the weeding and she can decide it all. Parker calls and tell her that she can ask her sister if she wants to come with them in the morning at 6 to test Magnum Force - a totally wild rollercoaster - where parker is working and she says yes. She has a good time and goes ome that night. A couple of days later Nick shows up as a suprise visit, when Parker and Megan is walking to the dorm. Nick tells her he missed her and just wanted to see her, so he has no place to stay so Parker offers him his couch and gets home. Megan doesn´t really know what to talk with Nick about and eventhough Nick says he doesn´t like Parker he crashes on his sofa anyway. The next day i the wednesday party and at the party Nick and her goes down to the lake and he tells her that if she doesn´t come with him home he will break up, and Megan chooses to stay. Parker finds her and takes her to the park where she ides a carrousel he knows she like. After a couple of days when Megan get to the dorm, some of her friends come to get her and takes her down to the hotel pool where a party that Jordan tells her, that Parker arrange for her and Megan ends up having a good time. The next wednesday at the party, Megan stays and her and Parker watch a movie and he tells her wont push thing and that thing will happen when she is ready and they end up kissing. That weekend Megan goes home for the weeding and she finds out from Sarah, who just found out yesterday, that the rehearsal dinner is going to be at Hart´s where Nick works. sarah also tells her that she could see when she was there that Parker made her happy and that she shouldn´t be thinking about the end of summer. Before Megan goes home she goes to see Nick to say sorry, and she sees that he is going out with the waitress at Hart, Tess, who he has been complaining about all summer. Megan is picked up by Parker in the airport that sunday and she spends the night with him. The next morning Parker is testeing Magnum Force and he tells Megan to go with him, and he gets her in the roller coaster after he tells her to trust him (That the relationship is going to work and such) and she actually enjoys the ride and there is 6 weeks for her left to be with Parker.

This was a really good, sweet, fast, fun and romantic teen book. And it is one of my favorites of this author. I loved the fact that the story was going on in an amusement park. They have a psychiatrist that help them with roller coaster phobias?? - So much fun. OMG and Jordan she is really like Happy Happy, and she just love all the guys. Okay why is Megan such a party pooper? Really she can call her boyfriend later or on the way, seriously she says that this summer is for her sake, then go do some fun instead of waiting on the boyfriend and such.

Dawn Delaney and her friends: Amber and Jenna lives in Katy, Texas, but are in New Orleans for the summer because they are going to help rebuild house´s after the hurricanes. The reason they did it was because their math teacher Ms. Wynder needed volunteers for the summer to a building group she is the leader of: Helping Hands Helping Humans, for 6 weeks. Dawn is here because she just discovered her boyfriend Drew cheating on her prom night and she just wants to get away. The first day they have a little free time so they go see a psychic named Saraphina. She tells Dawn that she will meet a guy with a basebase ball cap with Kansas City Chiefs logo on it. For Jenna: Fire that doesn´t burn, and for Amber: a new boyfriend when she hit college. And she is really stressed about that because she has a boyfriend: Chad who she loves. After the reading they go to a bakery and as they sit and eat 3 guys come in together, and on of them is wearing The baseball cap. They smill at the girls and one of them approch Jenna, when he sees how tall she are and he is tall too. They talk a minute but nothing really comes of it. The girls go to a resturant and is situated upstairs where they are the only one. Before they even order the 3 guys they saw in the bakery shows up and sits at another table, but as the waiter disappears the guys approch them and ask them if they can sit together, since they have met twice and it is like faith. The cap guy is Brady, the tall guy Tank and the last one Sean. They tell them they go to Rice University and are architecture majors, in Houston, which is 30 minutes from Katy. Brady tells Dawn that they are here to build a house too, and when they are done eating the guys pay and ask them if they want to come with them to Bourbon Street. Bourbon Street is full with people and Tank and Jenna is walking hand in hand, while Amber and Sean quickly disappears going into a bar. Brady is a guy who likes to have fun at least at that moment and he even takes his shirt on as part of a tradition to the people on the balconies and in exchange he get beads. He also kiss her, but she freaks out and tells him she has to go find the others because their teacher are picking them up at 11.

They have just gotten home when Tank calls Jenna and they make a date for the next day. The next morning Jenna posts picture on her myspace - also one with Dawn and Brady - and Jenna is sure that Drew will see and get jealous. After they ho to the house they are suppose to help to build. The get starting and Dawn notice that Tank, Brady and Sean aren´t working on this site. Also the women Saraphina is there to help out on this site too, as a normal person not psychic. But a little while after while Dawn is moving a big piece of wood Brady comes out behind here and helps her with it. At lunch Jenna tells them that she called Tank in the morning to tell them where they were. And they then came and got to work here, since they aren´t a part of a normal organization. They also tell the boys that they went to Saraphina yesterday to get a psychic reading, and Jenna tells the boys that she said Dawn would meet somebody with a baseball cap with Kansas City Chiefs logo on it. For Dawn it is hard because she is so not over Drew and she doesn´t trust boys anymore, so from time to time she is really dismissive toward Brady. They get of early and a trip by Sara (the psychic) to Honey Island Swamp, has been planned for those who want to go. Dawn doesn´t really want, but when Tank ask Jenna if they are coming she says yes for all of them - something she is beginning to do a lot for them. Dawn doesn´t want to be alone so she says okay. Turns out that the swamp tour is really good and she gets too see a lot of animals, but gets scared when the guide makes sounds that makes the alligators swim to the boat. The next day at the site when they are almost finished the 3 boys takes their shirt of and the girls see that Tank has a tatoo on his back: Of a dragon. Breathing fiery flames. = Fire that doesn´t burn, for Jenna. Amber freaks totally out, after the whole baseball cap and tatoo. So she calls her mom and tells her she is taking a plane home tonight. And she tells Ms. Wynder that her Grandmother has dies. Amber tells Jenna and Dawn that she need to get home for herself. That she really likes Sean. That she havn´t told him that she has a boyfriend, and she really don´t think abou Chad when she is with him. She says that Sean is like that extra scoop of ice cream that you aren´t suppose to have, but can´t resist, and that she just needs to get home.

Amber goes to the airport and by night Jenna tells Dawn that Brady is on the phone wanting to talk to her. There is a lot of silents going on in the conversation, but Brady ask her if she has a boyfriend, because sean got a call fron Amber at the airport telling him she had a boyfriend. Dawn tells him no and ask if he has a girlfriend and he says no. Before she goes to sleep Jenna ask her if she wants to go to Café Du Monde tommorow for breakfast, with her, Tank and Brady. And Dawn says yes. When Dawn ask Brady where Sean is, he tells her he hocked up with Sara, because he was upset about Amber, they went on bars last night and he went into Sara. At the Site Sara tells Dawn that Amber will be back and that she is organizing a ghost tour Saturday night, and ask if she wants to come, Dawn says yes and she gets told that Jenna, Brady and Tank are also going. That night at dinner Dawn tells Brady that she is having a dateless summer, because she just got out of a bad relationship. Brady says that he doesn´t want to date eighter and they decide just to have a summer fling with occasional kissing. Later Amber calls and tells them that all is fine with her and Chad and that she is coming back she just doesn´t know when, and that Chad might be coming with her. The next night jenna and Dawn are at the guys hotel and in the hottub, and when Jenna and Tank walks inside to have some alone time, Brady ask her just to go out with him tonight. And e´venthough they have agreed no dating, Dawn says yes. They go on the date and have a good time.

That saturday is the days for the ghost tour at night, and Brady and Dawn spends the day together and Brady even tells her that he also went to a psychic the day he met her and that she say: For you life is good. And he didn´t understand it until he saw Dawn wearing the cap she always does, with "Life is good" written on it. They go to the ghost tour with Jenna and Tank and Jenna and dawn is definently beginning to believe in ghosts. After they split up and Brady and dawn go on a horse carriage ride. That monday at the site Brady gives her a temporary tattoo, because they have talked about it before and he puts it on her just above her waist. A week later Amber comes back when they are at the site, but Drew is with her. Dawn storms into the house where she is painting a room, and Jenna and Amber comes in. Amber tells her that her and Chad broke up, because they wanted different things this summer and he wasn´t interested in what she was doing. Dawn storms up to Brady and Drew is standing right in the room and she kisses Brady. Brady takes her outside and tell her that he knows she was trying to make Drew jealous and that they are over. Jenna then tells her, that Tank told her that Brady had a girlfriend named Melanie and that she broke up with himin a text-message, saying she was back together with her old boyfriend. And dawn comes up with that Her and Brady are both doesn´t trust the opposite sex. Later that night when Jenna and Amber are out with Sean and Tank, Dawn calls Drew they go out the MCdonalds and Dawn tells him that they are absolutly over. The next couple of days Dawn do dammage control and bring Brady water every hour like he used to do with her. And everytime he ask about Drew she tells him they are over. There is a vampire tour at the end of the week and Dawn is going, because she knows that Brady will come because she asked Sara to pair them together. When the tour starts they ask each other if they want to do the tor and they don´t so they go down to the river and make up. A week before the girls are suppose to go back they are done with the house and the family comes home. Drew left only after a week and things are going really good with Dawn and Brady. The next week they spends on starting rebuilding on another house. On their last night in the city Sara and the project leader, her brother John, has arrange a party on a riverboat, for all of the many volunteers that has worked on the house.

I liked this book but i didn´t like it as much as the others. I think is was becase of the whole theme and the New Orleans and all that i really didn´t like. It was not a summer or winter book like the others, where you enjoy it the same way. But it was a fast and okay book anyway. Okay Dawn is a really cool name. I would totally love that being my name.

Teen Idol By Meg Cabot

Jen is a junior at Clayton high school. She works at the school newspaper named the Register, where she does the layout and write the secret collum: Ask Annie. Ask Annie is a collum a senior usually writes and the Annie is a hugh secret, but on the Team building camp, Mr Shea asked her to be the new Annie and it is actually a good thing because people has all her life come to her with their problem, no mater if she wanted it or not and i mean EVERYBODY. And everyone thinks that nice little Jen will never do anything wrong. So it is only Scott, Mr Shea and Ms. Kelloggås the school counsiler (because she has to know about people´s proplems and sometimes ask Jen if she knows who sent the letter or such things.), that knows she is Annie.
The papers editor is Scoot Bennett. He used to go at this school until 5 grade and Jen always saw him at the library because they borrowed the same "uncool" books. Then his parents split and he moved away and she didn´t see him again until last summer when the staff of the paper went on a team building trip, and she was waiting on the bus in the parkinglot when he came out of a car. Scott has decided to live with his dad and Mr. Shea the staff advisor, had let him in on the staff. And at the end up the retreat Mr. Shea asked Scoot to be the editor-in-chief, because of his writting and leadership abilities. But he might not have gotten the position if Geri Lynn a senior, who has a temper, on the staff had been on the retreat, but she was at journalism camp and she took it pretty well when school started again and she even started regulary making out with Scott, and every time she does she makes a heart and a date in her notebook and since her and Jen eat lunch together, she knows about it. Jen is also in the schoolchoir as a backgroud singer, because her best friend Trina (who loves Luke Striker) thought it would be a good idea. Every year the school´s senior makes a prank and this year they (Kurt the most popular guy/jock) have taken a teacher Mrs Mulvaney´s doll, Betty Ann. The teacher loves that doll and is very sad and the seniors sends ransom notes.

Then the next day she gets called into Ms. Kellogg´s office and she thinks it is about the doll and them wanting to hear who it is, but Jen knows she can´t tell them. But when she gets in there a lot of teachers at school is there and some people she doesn´t even know. They tell her that Luke Striker - Hollywoods most famous teenage star, who Trina is totally in love with - is coming to Clayton the research for his next film. He is going to be there for 2 weeks and be under disguise as a transfer student named Lucas Smith and they want Jen to be his guide. The next day she meets him and he is suprised at how high school is, and he first wakes up when he gets some espresso, which is hard to get in Clayton because it is a small town. All the girls thinks he is good looking, and He sits with Jen at lunch together with the rest of the newspaper staff and other people and is really suprised when the popular kids muhs at Cara (a girl who is fat and trying to dress and act like the popular kids, because she wants t be a part of them, and doesn´t have any friends), Cara as always tells them to stop and runs crying out of there and Jen as always goes after her.

Then after a week it is saturday and there is a carwash to raise money to the choir at a restaurant. Many people are there and Scott and Geri shows up in his car to get a wash and Scott helps with his car and he and Jen gets into a discussion about a book and other things like they always do. Then Scott and Jen gets into a waterfight, but Geri gets mad about it and other things and she breaks up with Scott. Luke then shows up and suddenly he thinks it is hot so he takes his shirt off, but doesn´t think about the fact that he has a tatoo with his previous girlfriends name - Angelique, which everyone knows about - on the arm and Trina sees it and almost screams but Jen hauls her into the restaurants bathrooms. Geri is there crying so they both finds out that he is Luke Striker and they both had a feeling about it because of the things he did. She tells them to keep quite, but they are both up in the air and Geri wants to ask Luke to the Spring Fling.

Geri and Trina runs out of there and Jen finds Luke surrounded on top of a car with many girls screaming around him and Scott tells her when she ask that he call the police. Luke´s limo and the police shows up and he gets into the car, and then open the tag window and calls to Jen and she goes with him to his condo. He then tells her that he thinks that she is the only person at school who care about people and who is sweet, and that the people in the school is really evil. He then tells her that he thinks that since everybody likes her she could make a change. Yes she did comfort Cara after the caffeteria accident, but she didn´t do anything to stop it. And he thinks that she could, if she just stopped being everyone best friends, but of course still sweet. Then after he ask her to the Spring Fling, because he wants to have the experience and because she is the only person that is his real friends and she says yes for him. She begins to try Luke teorie: Like telling Trina to stop breaking up with Steve (her boyfriend who also has feeling and is in love with Trina) and get back together with him whenever she wants, just because another guy is avaliable and Trina becomes mad at her. But her new attitude seems to work and people is talking about her everywhere. Not just because she is going with Luke to the dance, but because she is changing and she becomes famous with all of the magasins after her She also goes home with Cara on day and make a makeover on her and the next day at school it works, and the things she told Cara to do. The only person who isn´t threating Jen differently is Scott.

Then that week on wednesday she is sick of the choir teacher always yelling at her for not doing things right and blames it all on her. When what she is doing that day is correct and it is Trina that doesn´t take the stupid hat she throws. So when he gives her a choice to become better or walk out she walk out, because she is the new Jen. Eventhough they have a big competition friday and she has just spend a lot of money on a ugly dress, they all had to have. So she throws the dress out and nobody comes to check if she is okay, because nobody cares other than her. The newspaper staff makes her laugh about it and Scott offers her a ride home since she can´t go with Steve now that he has dumb Trina. And suddenly she realize that it is the first time her and Scott are completly alone together, without anyone and she becomes nervous and suddenly thinks about how Trina always tells her that her and Scott are perfect for each other and how Trina seems to think that she likes Scott because she talked a lot about him sometime last year. And Jen become uncomfortable and scott is about to ask her soomething, when they get to her house and is surrounded by paparazzi. When she comes home sure a lot of people from the choir calls, but not to make sure she is okay, but to make her come back because they can´t find a replacement.

Luke also calls her and tells her he has his sources and that he has heard of the things she has done and that he is proud and knew she could do it. He also reminds her about the missing doll, which she totally forgot and tells him she is working on it. The next day she goes to Ms. Kelloggs office and ask the secretary for her locker combination, but tells Kurt´s locker number to the person instead. She doesn´t find Betty Ann in Kurt´s locker and when she ask him he says it is at home. Then at lunch half the choir comes over to her and Cara tells them to leave Jen alone and Karen Sue calls Cara - the name they call her behind her back and before right to her face - Cara Cow. But then Scott stands up and a guy on the "news" named kwang does too and they leave. Later Scott gives her a ride and she start to wonder if she maybe has a crush on him, and they goes to Kurt´s house and get his little sister to give her the doll, so Kurt will get his diploma and Scott is impressed with the way she has changed and tells the sister to say it was Scott and Jen who was there, so Kurt won´t hit face. The next day Mrs. Mulvaney is really happy and Kurt looks at Jen but doesn´t tell her anything, so she must have a lot of power on this school. Then later as she is skiping choir again, Trina comes up to her and tells her she quit choir too and that she is sorry and that Jen was right and that she has realize how much she loves Steve.

Then as Scott, Jen and Trina is going to the car, the bus with the choir comes, way to early and Steve comes out and yells at Trina that he is going to quit acting and choir, because he only did it for her and that next year he will do what he wanted baseball and she says that he can do whatever and that she loves him and they kiss. When they are almost at her house Scott keeps asking her what is up with her and Luke and she keeps telling him that they are just friends, but Scott doesn´t seem to believe it. That night Trina calls and ask what is up with her and Scott and if she knows who the girl Geri thinks that Scott likes is and how fun it would be if it turned out to be Jen. Luke picks her up at his motorcycle and him and her get crowned king and queen. He tells her he knows she likes Scott and that he knows he is Annie, because of his sources. He ask for her advice and she sees Geri coming in, without Scott, so she doesn´t know what Geri is doing there. When she gives him the advice he lets her go and goes to kiss Geri. He then comes to her after and tells her how he has been talking with Geri over the phone because she gave him her nr at the car wash and he wanted to make sure she was okay and then it became less and less about he and more about them. He then tells her she can take the limo and she goes in the limo with her friends to the anti-prom party. Her and Scott talks and goes off and he kisses her and tells her he wanted a chance and she tells him she never liked Luke the way she loves him, and they kiss again and goes back together.

Like always i love Meg Cabot books, i love the subject and the way she writes and i love love The Princess Diaries and the movies too. And Jenny was really enjoyable.

Kate Kennedy and her 2 friends Leah and Allie are staying in Snow Angel Valley this vinterbreak for 3 three weeks. Kate´s aunt lives down there and own a Bookstore/cafe and rents out condos, so when a condo was not rented she offered it to Kate and her friends, instead of living with her. For some time now Kate has been crushing on her one year older brother Sam, college roommate Brad Connor, but her friends thinks it is time to forget it and have some fun by dating a ski instructor, sice Brad has no idea she exists according to Kate. And Sam always threats her like a baby, so how can Brad notice her? The first thing the girls do when they show up is to build a snowman, cause Leah and Allie has never been in the snow before, because they are all from Texas. But suddenly while making it, Sam, Brad and another friend of Sam´s, Joe, shows up and tells her that they will be living in the condo too. When the guys settles in Kate goes to her aunt, and her aunt knows that it is not just because Kate doesn´t want her brother here that she is down. So Kate tells her that she likes Brad and her aunt tell her she should get to know him then, instead of just liking him for his smile and looks. After the girls lay down some rules to the guys and Jow is kind of on their side with the most of the things, and Sam have to give in. Her aunt then asks them out to eat pizza and the girls and her aunt arrange so Kate can sit beside Brad and he almost asks her if they should go skiing together, when a women - Cynthia - who lives in the condo next to their ask her aunt if she could send out a repair man too her condo. Brad can´t get his eyes of her and he tells her that he can look at it now and hurries after her.

At midnight Kate is still awake because she knows that Brad ain´t home yet so she goes downstairs where Joe is because he sleeps on the couch. He tells her that Brad ain´t home and they talk about the tv show he is wacthing and she asks how her brother knows him and that she didn´t see him at the familie weekend at the college and he replies: I know. And he replies that he saw her. Kate really likes Joe because he treat her like and equal and she feels safe with him. The next morning Kate wake up before anyone else and goes down to make breakfast as one of the girls things. Joe wakes up and then Brad comes and he calls Kate, Allie. and Kate know that Joe knows that she like Brad so she is totally humiliated and goes to her aunt to meditate. While there her aunt tells her that she was once engaged, but when Kate ask for more information she wont give it. After she calls Leah and tells her that she will be wotking in her aunt shop today, and that the girls can just go out and get their ski lesson and then they can ski together tommorow. By the end of the afternoon Kate has decide to forget about Brad, but as soon as they all including Cyn comes into the cafe, she can see that it will not be that easy. She tells them that Paige a girl that works there has invited them all to a party tonight and Cyn and Brad go home to get ready. Kate then talk to her friends who tells her not to give up on Brad and that the party will be the perfect place. They then leave with Sam and Joe gets left behind and ask Kate if she wanted to see a movie and she tells him that they can all go do it tommorow. Then the afternoon rush of people comes and Joe helpes out and he walk home with Kate, who tells him that Paige likes him. He then tells her he is interested in someone else and that she shouldn´t set him up dates. They then get into a snowfight and Joe let her loose when she promise a dance with him at the party.

At the party Allie is dancing with Sam, Leah with her hot ski instructor, Cyn with Brad and Joe is around somewhere. So Kate is pretty much alone so she goes home and makes a anti-Brad cleaning in her head. Joe comes home and sits with her outside and just before Sam, Leah and Allie comes he actually kiss her and Kate is totally suprised because he takes kissing to a whole new level. He also tells her that her aunt told him that the guy she was engaged to was named Michael. The next morning she ask her aunt again, but she still doesn´t tell her anything. When Kate ask her why she told Joe, her aunt replie is that they then would have something to talk about. And eventhiugh she tells her aunt not to be matchmaker she is afraid she will be. Later they all, but Brad hit the slopes and Joe and Kate are again alone and Joe tells her that the kiss didn´t mean anything and if they can just go back to friends. Kate tells him okay, but she knows deep down that that was a kiss she will never forget. When Joe and Kate are on a lift later that day she sees Sam and Allie kissing, and when she gets home her, Leah and Allie goes to talk and Allie tells that she has had a crush on him for a while and him on her. They aso tells Kate that they saw her kissing Jow last night, and Kate must admit to herself that maybe she is falling a little for Joe. Later they are suppose to go for the movie, but the movies got switch so they go to a bar called Avalanche where they play games and stuff. Later at midnight Kate goes out outside to sit and Brad comes by the house and tells that he is moving in with Cyn, and Kate realize that she really is ovér him. After her brother comes out and they have a really good brother/sister talk and he tells her he has knowned all along she liked Brad, but that he isn´t boyfrind material for her.

When a big storm comes in the next day they all huddle up in the condo Including Aunt Sue and Leah´s Ian. While Joe and Kate are making cider they go to the storage in the house, the power goes and Joe and her almost kiss again but is interupted by Sam. Later when the other goes to bed Joe gives her a bookmark because he knows she likes to read and she gives him a brief kiss as thanks. By the end of the week Kate thinks it is time that her aunt tells her about Michael and were his picture is in the cafe. It turn out the picture is in the office and she tells Kate that Michael died in a Avalanche. Later kate and Joe goes skiing on the biggest hill, but Kate isn´t concentrating and she falls. Joe is right behind her and he looses concentration and bumbs into a tree. She calls Sam and they get Joe to a hospital where they find out that Joe has wrenched his knee and has to walk with crutches. Kate decides that she has to take care of him and the 2 of them is in the condo for days together and Joe keeps telling her to just go out but she wont, so they get pretty pissed at each other. On the third day Joe decides to go out and eighter go in the hottub or make a snowman. Kate says no to both, but he goes out to make a snowman anyway and she follows him, and he finds out that it is really hard with Crutches in snow, but he makes the best of it. He gets more pissed at Kate outside, throws snow at her and tells her to away, and because of his angry tone she does. Leah finds her later in the cafe and tells Kate that she has really fallen for Ian and that she is moving in with him, and that she consider to move up here when she is done with her senior year.

The next morning Kate discovers that Brad is back and that things didn´t work with Cyn and he ask Kate to go skiing. Kate doesn´t want to be with him, but she is going skiing anyway. When Brad asks her he takes his hand around her waist and Joe walks in and then out. Kate follows him and he tells her the only reason he ever hung out with her was because they were the only 2 left, and that she should go out skiing with Brad. When they hit the slopes Brad calls her Allie again and he says it was because on the way up here Joe keept asking so many questions about Kate and Sam talked about Allie. So Kate tells Brad she has to go back to the condo because she has forgotten her boyfriend. She goes back to him and they go out on a snowmobile and when she stops the snowmobile she turns around and they kiss. later that night they all go to Avalanche and the 6 of them sees Paige and Brad together. They also holds a girls night at aunt Sue and they finds out that Paige real name is Delilah Delfino - Paige Turner. Later when they get home she tells Joe he should sleep with her in her bed. When there are only a couple of days left Joe and Kate are outside planning their spring break together, and Joe tells her he wants to try the hottub but they need to buy her a bathingsuit. But she just tells him that she can do withoutone and that they can do it tonight.

This was a really good, sweet, fast, fun and romantic book, and I think that i liked this book more than The Boyfriend League. There is just something about books/and i real life: snow, fireplace, romance. I also felt that this book was somehow more serious than The Boyfriends League, with the feeling and all that. But Okay seriously can the main character be more oblivious: its like she gets told something and then she cant get the hint. The things are always right under her nose and she just can´t seem to get it.

16 years old 'Dani' Danielle Runyon lives in Ragland, Texas and her best friend is 'Bird' Barbara Sawyer. She lives with her sister is Tiffany who is Miss Teen Ragland and totally girly instead of Dani, her father who loves baseball as much as Dani and her mother. Dani and Bird are both tomboys, who loves to play Baseball/softball, but Dani has never really had a boyfriend and she wants to have one this summer. So when she sees in the paper that Ragland Rattlers a baseball team made up of college players who wanted to play baseball during the summer, needs local families to host them this year, Dani jumps at the change and tells her Bírd about her plan. They each get to host a college boy, who can get them to know the team so they can date them, but no dating the guy who gets to live with them each.
Dani gets her parents to do it, but her and her sister can´t date the guy and Bird gets her parents convinced too. Bird gets Mac, while they at Dani´s house gets the shy hottie Jason Davis, who Dani immediately starts crushing on. On the day he gets there Dani smacks right into him in their first meeting. After one of the first games the team invited Dani and Bird with them to get pizza and they accept. After Dani and Jason go for ice cream and Jason finds out her favourite flawor and they soon becomes good buds. At another game the baseball smacks into Dani´s head so she gets a black eye. Her father takes her to the hospital, and the players go home to Bird where there will be a party. At the way home from the hospital she calls Bird and finds out that Bird has been kissing with Brandon a guy on the team and she really likes him. Later Jason comes home and finds Dani in the game room and he has brought movies and ice cream too them, so Dani is really happy that he is here when she couldn´t go to the party. the next day it is raining so the game that day is cancelled, instead the team goes out to get some food, and Jason ask Dani to come. So Dani gets Tiffany to cover her black eye, but she ends up giving her and extreme makeover and at the resturant Mac invites her to the free concerts there is in this city.

On a saturday night there is a game and Bird and Dani goes down to were the players are under the game. Dani says something she shouldn´t have said and finds out that they are really supersticious and the guys looses that game, but Dani just goes home. Later when Jason comes home he finds Dani in his bathtub, because in Dani´s there were Tiffany´s clothe. After Dani finds Jaso and they end up kissing, but quickly breaks it of and make a deal that it never happened. The next day is the day of the concert and Bird, Brandon, Mac and her are going, but in the last minute Tiffany and Jason comes too. At the concert Dani can´t help but think that Mac is more interested in her sister than in her, because he keeps staring at her. But at the end of the concert Mac kisses her right in front of Jason, and Dani doesn´t feel so good about that, but now she has an official boyfriend. A week later because families are hosting the teams players, the team is talking the family´s to the water park for cheap prizes. Mac is out of town, so Jason ask Dani to go just as friends, and Tiffany, Bird and Brandon goes too. Tiffany end up sunbathing, while the 4 others go around trying the rides. The awkward comes and goes between Dani and Jason, esspecially since they are with Bird and Brandon who are all over each other. But Jason and Dani makes a deal after a while to have fun and end up having a good time and even holding hands. At the next game a couple of days later, Jason and Mac seem to have a disagrement on the field and suddenly they are at each other throats. At the afterparty at Bird´s house Mac wont tell her what it was about, and Jason as always at a party is nowhere to be seen. But when Dani comes home that night she finds Jason in the kitchen. He tells her after some convincing that Mac and him got angry, because Jason couldn´t undertsand why he keept hitting sort of on Tiffany when he was with Dani. He also tells her that he really likes her and the kiss. And Dani ends up telling him the whole reason for having a player living in her house, after he tells her that when they went for ice cream at the beginning of the summer and her stuff in her bag falled out, he saw her hottie score, and saw that he had got a 6 and Mac 10. But she tells him it is because he is living in the house, that it would be smarter to give a low grade. Jason then tells her to find out who she wants.

Later that night Tiffany comes into her room and tells her her new idea as Miss Teen Ragland is to do a dog wash´and the money would go to ASPCA, but she doesn´t know who to wash the dogs. Dani then tells her that she could get the team to do it, and Tiff ask her to ask them. And Tiff tells her that she is actually kind of jealous of Dani sometimes because she is so confortable around guys and eventhough Tiff has gone out with a million guys because they think she is hot and is like a queen because of the whole beauti peagent, but that she never know what to talk about. She also tells her that Jason looks at Dani a whole different way and that if their mom saw she would kick Jason out. Dani is really suprised by the things her sister tells her and agrees to ask the guys. At the dog wash Mac and Dani break up and Jason and Dani kiss, but is interupted by Tiffany and Dani gets her to wash a dog with Mac and tells her to just be Tiffany. Jason then invites her to go with him and the team to go see the Rangers play tommorow. She goes to the game with him and at the game there is a kiss cam up and when it falls on Dani and Jason they kiss, and after he doesn´t really have a problem kissing her. When they get home they agree that no kissing in the house when her parents are there, and that they will keep it a secret. But the next night her mom and dad bustes her by saying that they have seen the way they look at each other and that they need Jason to move out. Jason comes down and already have his stuff with him, because him and Dani´s mom made a contract when he first got here: that if he kissed the daughters more than twice he would move out. So now he is going to live with the coach. He also tells her he started falling for her the moment she smacked into him. At the end Tiffany is starting to go to the baseball games and her and Dani are closer and she is wwith Mac who she really likes. Dani is having a problem because what is going to happen to her and Jason, when he in a couple of weeks go back to Austin. But they decide they want to make it work and who knows what the future will bring.

This was a really good, sweet, fast, fun, romantic and even sportie summer book. That i really enjoyed... I kinda got the feeling that Dani´s family is kinda rich.

Sixteen-year-old Deirdre Monaghan is a very shy girl and is invisible to everyone. She plays the harp and only have one friend, her best friend James, who also plays aan instrument. Today it is the 26th Annual Eastern Virginia Arts Festival, where Dee will play on her Harp. Dee always gets nervous and trows up, and this time is no exeption. But while she is trowing up a boy comes into the bathroom and holds her hair, and Dee recognize him from her weird dream she has had that night. He introduces himself as Luke Dillon, and takes her outside and they rehears together, and they decide to do a duet together instead when Dee is suppose to perform in a half an hour. Luke also tells her that she should do something out of the ordinary, and she feels like she can do that with Luke there so she take a change when they do their duet and when they are done, the audience goes wild. Luke quickly disappears and tell her see ya at the reception. At the reception when Dee has just gotten there she talks with a boy with freckles that smells like herbes who suddenly disappears when Luke shows up. Luke and Dee also win the big prize and a man comes over to Dee´s mom giving his business cart: Thornking-Ash - telling her that he is interested in Dee´s talent, and Luke and Dee plans to see each other again. The next day is the day Dee´s family will be celebrating her birthday, since they couldn´t do it yesterday on the real day. At the morning Luke shows up and takes her for ice cream at Dave´s Ice where Dee work in her spare time. Dee is also beginning to think that there is something up with him and that he isn´t always telling the truth, letting her believe he doesn´t know something, when she is sure he actually does know - like how does he know where she lives? And what does he have against her 4 clover she finds in her pockets and everywhere? - That he says is good for example seing fairies. While at the ice cream shop Luke givess her a key, from his keychain with like 20 keys. After they come back to her house and her Grandma is just getting out of her car, when she sees Luke she tells him to get out of her and that he smells of Them, when he tells her that he is not one of Them. Luke takes of and Dee is mad at her Grandma. But her Grandma just gives her a present: an old ugly ring that her Grandma wears and tell Dee that it has been past through her mother side generation, to wear it, and that one day Dee will thank her. Earlier that day and later Dee also moves the clovers across the ground to her hand. Like telekinesis, James tells her when he sees.

A little while after James shows up and she tells him about Luke and shows him the ring and key, which James metions is both made of iron: supposably something that ward against evil supernatural creatures, mark James. 2 days after Luke still hasn´t come by and by night her mom comes up to her room telling her to practice. Dee takes the ring of and goes outside with her harp. Luke shows up minutes after, but just before she sees the freckles boy. The next day when she is working at the ice cream shop, Luke comes to pick her up and she finds another 4 leaf clover in her tip jar. As soon as they are walking to his car the Herbal smell comes and both Luke and her hurries to the car, because of the smell eventhought Luke haven´t admitted anything to her, but she know that he is not normal. And that there is something abnormal going on around her. they drive likes something is after them and when the smell disappears about 20 hounds that identical with Dee´s dog Rye jump out in front of the car and Luke is suprised that she see them. When they get to her home he ask her to go with him to the city the next day so he can explain, she say yes and he walk her to her house. Dee pretends to go inside, but doesn´t and hear Luke talk to no one, about her. She wakes up at night and freaks when she sees a shadow in her room, she thinks that she want light and her light switches on. She calls James, but when he pick up the shadow disappears and she tells James what happened. he tells her he cant tell her anything, so she has to guess. She comes up with, that fairies has been wacthing her, that the hounds and her dog is their, that the four-leaf clovers is giving to her by Them and that the clover will help her see Them until she can. They also so kiss several times and in a church safe of fairies Dee shows him her telekinesis, which she knows he knows, because he insinuated it the first time they met. The next morning she is out walking Rye when she sees Luke´s car and him sleeping in it, they talk and suddenly there is a rabbit outside the car (Fairie - don´t do anything in front of it.) she gets out and when she has walk a little down the road she tries to use her telekines. She hears a voice talking to Luke about fucking her and then finishing her of.

Later that day she is at a gig, at a weeding in a church and after she is waiting for her Grandma to pick her up outside. Before when she threw up in the bathroom she lots her ring in the sink and she isn´t wearing the key around her neck, because her mom told her to take it of. Suddenly outside she is attackt by a big cat thing, but is saved by Luke who is suddenly there and he kills it. He disappears when her Grandma shows up, and her Grandma takes Dee with her home, where she tells her that Fairies has always been a problem on their side of the family, that her mom and her annoying sister Delia, had trouble with them too. She also tells that she saw Luke 20 years ago and that he hasn´t aged a bit, but Dee tells her that he isn´t with the fairies. Grandma also tells her that she will come by later with something she is making against the fairies. James comes by and takes her out to eat, and she seems to read his mind with images when she focus on his eyes. That night Dee can´t sleep and Luke comes by so she goes with him outside, where he tells her he isn´t one of the, but that he can´t tell what he is. Dee tells him that she can try to read his mind, but first they have to get to the cemetery in her back yard, because there is a weird mist thing in the air and there is iron at the cemetery. There she read his mind and see that he is a murdered who have killed a lot of people, but he wont tell her anything and she wont forgive him. He walk her home, but when they jump over the fence, Eleanor, the women from the first day she met Luke shows up. She wants him to kill Dee, but he wont, because he tells her that he loves Dee - he tells Eleanor she can say that to Her. And Eleanor can´t kill her, but we don´t know why. Eleanor disappears and Dee is suddenly very tired, and she suddenly sees all of Luke´s memories. He takes her home to bed and tells her that he sees her memories too.

The morning after James calls her to tell her he has one of his weird feeling about her Grandma, and when she goes down in the kitchen her Mom and Delia tells her that Grandma is at the hospital, because she fell down the stairs. Luke calls and ask if they can meet later, she know she shouldn´t but she tells him that she want to meet anyway. She also tells him about Grandma and he tells her he will go to see her, to see if it is the fairies. Later when Dee is at work Freckle boy, who Dee knows now is a fairie, comes in and taunts her, but James comes and saves her and her co-worker Sara. When James after takes her to the hospital he tells her he did some research on Thornking-Ash, and that he found out it is a school for kids with musical talents that have "Gifts", like Dee with the telekinesis and James being psychic - and that the man that was to the reception could tell if people have girfts from hearing them play. He also tells her that that must be why the faries want her. She calls Luke to pick her up from the hospital, because she has to go to a gig, but at home when she gets her harp, she sees Luke´s scares, but he suddenly breaks down in pain in his body and tells her that She is doing it and that Dee can´t use her powers to make the pain go away, because then She will know of Dee´s powers, and will get even more jealous of a person stronger than Her. They arrive early at the gig and they sit and play together, when 2 Daoine Sidhe fairies, Luke calls Una and Brendan, suddenly shows up and for at tune, Dee asks one of them to tell her Luke´s story. They tell her that at one solstice when Luke was out the fairie queen took Luke´s soul and caged it long from his body, when he wouldn´t marry her. And made him her assassin. To murder her enemies. Because fairies can´t go near iron, but a human can. Now he lives forever without living, and he kills, until Dee came along, the girl he wouldn´t kill. The girl he loves. If he doesn´t She will give his soul to hell, so he ones tried to kill himself, but it didn´t work, because the queen named Deidre wouldn´t let that happen. The women at the gig shows up and tells that the gig isn´t until next week, and Luke and Dee goes out to eat and suddenly Dee gets called home and at home her mom tells her that Grandma is dead. Luke tells her he will go to her Grandma to find out what she made to protect Dee against the fairies, and Dee get a message from James telling her he loves her.

The next morning Dee can´t get a hold of Luke or James, and then James´s brother calls telling her that yesterday when James was on the way home from a gig, he drove into a tree. His car is totally broken and James wasn´t in the car, but there is blood and the police thinks he is somewhere in the woods dead. Luke doesn´t answer, so Dee calls Sara and ask her to take her to the place James had his accident. When she is there she calls Luke and a phone rings in the woods... Luke´s. Una shows up and tells her that they are both alive but that the Fairie queen has them. She tells her to look for Thomas Rhymer. One of Hers. A human. Who should be near Dee´s house. She finds Luke´s car, where she remembers one of his memories and finds the stuff her grandma made against the fairies. But when she get home and Delia sees what she is researching on, she takes the ring of Dee´s finger and Dee knows now that she is with the fairies. She gets chased by a hunter and a lot of hounds, when Delia throws her out the house. But she finds Thomas and uses her powers to hold them away for some time so she can talk to him. He tells her that the reason the queen wants her dead is because the fairies, including herself is drawned to her energi and the queen can´t have that. Finally the hounds break through, but the hunter can´t kill her because she is wearing iron. She then tells him to go back and tell then queen that she want James and Luke. He goes and she faints and have a dream with Luke in it saying goodbye.

When she wakes 3 fairies are there and they tell her: O´brian and that the end is at the beginning. She runs home takes Delia´s car and go to the school, were she first met Luke. And on the way she saves a tarbh uisge. Here she finds James near dead on the stage in the theater there and suddenly Freckle Boy and Eleanor are there to taunt her, and tell her that if Luke get his soul he will die anyway, because he is 1000 years old. The queen comes and freckle Boy traps her in a trap so she hangs with her legs in the air, he pulls the ribbon with the key of her, and cut the robes so she falls down and a long nail goes trough her hand. She kills freckle boy with the nail as he turn into flowers when it cut his skin. Then Eleanor brings Luke out, and Dee remember the name O´brian, and is sure that that is the queens last name. - fairies doesn´t use names, because that means power. Luke tells that he has called out Daoine Sidhe and Dee demands to see them. They tell that she has the right to tell them to save a life, because Dee saved one of theirs. Luke tells her to save James and she does, and when she tells the queen that the fairies doesn´t love her and that you can´t force love, she tells them to show Dee they love her. Instead they kill her and make Eleanor the new queen. Eleanor give Luke the cage with his soul = a white bird - he gets his soul and because he ask the Daoine Sidhe - he becomes one of them bound by music.

Okay seriously bad parents, Jmaes supposebly died and they doesn´t even comfort her or anything. They just say we have heard that the police says he is dead, and then they go back to their things = there is just something really wrong about that.
OMG´!!! Luke dies!! That really just killed the book for me. Or did he die?? What did he become?? i cant figure it out. There were just some things in the book i didn´t understand like the end. Like there where something hidden between the lines and i don´t know what.
I thought the male character in the book was flat. You don´t hear about James much eventhough he is her best friend, you doesn´t really hear anything about him or their story. Dee father you first meet near the end which is a little weird. And Luke, yay you hear about him being tormented through Dee´s guessing, but not much more. It is really a book were Women dominate. But i liked Dee really much, and she was really human: like she gets nervous when playing on stage and such things. It is through the little things in this book that you get to learn Dee.
If i should compare this series with her other series: The Wolves of Mercy Falls, i definently like the wolves much better. But as i always say I HATE FAIRIE stories, but i keep reading them anyway. It is like i have a button inside of that say click when a fairie story comes up and then you can read: I dont like this story much. It was a good enough story, just not as interesting for me... Not that i was bored reading it, because i wasn´t. But it isn´t so much a story for me like The Wolves.

17 years old, Phoebe Castro has just recently fund out that she is descendant to a greek god, when she moved to Greece because her mother got remarried. Phoebe´s powers is out of control, eventhough she has spent months practicing them. But it is hard, because all the other kids her age has knowned and practiced their powers since they could walk. One day in June Damian tells her that the Gods have been keeping an eye on her, and that they are not satisfied with her non progress with her power. So they have choosen that Phoebe need to pass a test with her powers June 21, in 16 days. So Damian has choosen that she the next 2 weeks has to enroll at Dynamotheos Develoment Camp A.K.A Godess Boat Camp. The 2 weeks she will be on the camp her mom and Damian will be on their honeymoon, eventhough it was in December they got married - So her and Stella are going to be home alone for 2 weeks. Then there is the Pythiam Games, that is like the Olympic Games and Coach Lenny has gotten Griffen - her boyfriend - and her a trial, so if they win they can be in the games in August. So Griffen and Phoebe have started training together, running at night. When she that night speak over IM with Cesca and Nola, they tell her that Cesca is going to Paris for a summer intership at a magasin, and that Nola might get a summer research grant for Berkeley, her college to study the flowers on Phoebe´s island. So now Phoebe is very happy that her friends are coming closer to her.

The next day her and Stella say goodbye to their parents and Phoebe goes to the school at 10 to start Boat camp. To her suprise it is camp for a bunch of 10 year olds, Adara and Stella is counselors there and are suppose to train them together with a bad boy named Xander who is not much for talking or anything and he got expelled 3 years ago for a year - and Stella has a crush on him. After day 2 of camp, Stella tells Phoebe that she wants to make her, her project because she wont have that Phoebe fails because in the years she have been a counsler no one has fail wth Stella as Teacher. That night Stella and are trying some workouts when the doorbell ring. They go to the door and find a note for Phoebe saying: if she wants to know what really happened to her dad - and then a number. When she show it ti Nicole the next morning the note is blank for Nicole and she tells Phoebe that it must be cursed. When she writes down the numbers at the end of the note for Nicole, Nicole tells her its a book at the library. They go to the library and finds out that the book is among the special collection, and that they aren´t allowed to see them. But when they tell the Librarian that Phoebe is Nick Castro´s daughter she is allowed to see it and the computer screen says it is Nick Castro´s trial papers. The Librarian take them down to the secret collection, which is under the main floor and they didn´t even knew this floor existed. But when they come to the place the book is gone, and that can´t be explained because the books down there can´t be checked out.

That day after camp Nicole shows her a list over former student employes at the library and one of them is Stella so she ask her that night if she has taken the files but she says no. Tjecking her email that night there is a academy bloked email from the person that gave her the note and the email says: to meet the person tuesday around midnight near the school. Phoebe is also stressing over Griffin because she knows he has been spending a lot of time with Adara this past weeks but only as friends. But she can´t stop thinking tht maybe he is getting back together with her, because he asked her the day before if they could run the morning today instead of night because he was doing something with his aunt Lily. But earlier Nicole told her she had seen him with Adara, so Phoebe is major confused and knows that he has been lying to her. The next day after camp Phoebe goes to Troy´s dorm where she finds him and Nicole and she tells them about the email. Troy tells her it is impossiblee that the Email can be from a blocked person because the school has major security and everybody knows that, but she shows him the prof and they go down the hall to a boy named Urian, room who is a major computer freak. They show it too him and he comes up with that the person is really smart and that it is going to take him some time to track it, but there is only 50-50 chance that he can do it before tuesday at 11, when they will come see him again. When Phoebe leaves campus after she see Griffin going to the girl dorm, where Adara is waiting and she decides to not show up later when they are suppose to meet.

That night when Xander and Stella comes home to their house xander tells Phoebe that he is the only other student to ever take "The Test" he fail and got expelled for a year, bbut came back tried again and succeded and Stella was his tutor the second time. When Griffin comes by that night Phoebe confronts him, but he still wont tell her what is up so she tells him to leave. After she tjecks her email and finds a message from the person with the note: saying that Urian wont be able to find out who he is before their meeting. She also goes for a run where she hears Griffin and Nicole overtalking about the whole Griffin not telling Phoebe thing, and Phoebe is hurt that Nicole knows something, so without doing anything other than thinking she wants to get away she without meaning to Autopotation herself to her room.

At camp the day before Phoebe´s big meeting, she is paired with Adara, but because she doens´t make progress because of her emotions, Adara takes her aside and tells her that it isn´t fair the way she has been treating Griffin and that the boy is head over heels for Phoebe. She also tells her that the reason her and Griffin has been together is because she had family problems with her mom getting a job at Mount Olympys the next 25 years - Where you can´t visit and she can´t visit them. When Phoebe goes to Griffin house after camp he is not home so she goes running and when she comes home Griffen is there and she apologize and asks why Nicole knew and he tells her she guess.

The next night is the night and Nic, Troy and her goes to Urian room and he hasn´t found out anything yet. Suddenly someone nocs on the door and it is Griffen demanding what is going on because he found a note in his sweatshirt from Troy, because Troy now knowing he has mistaken the sweatshirt by the tracks that morning when Griffen, Phoebe and a girl named Tansy who is 12 from camp, was running. She tells him, but also explain that she is going to meet the person. To her suprise Damian shows up as the person havind autoport himself from the honeymoon, and explain that he did this to keep her mind of the test. And that it has helped because her powers has not been out of control the last while. He also did it to bring out her strogest emotions, so she could learn to control her powers in the hardest times. After Damian takes her too a big statue of the god Athena outside the school and tells her that she can never tell anyone about this. He touch a brick and a secret stairwell comes that leads underground to the vault, where Phoebe gets her book that is rightfully hers. There are a lot of safeguards down there and they have to run to make it out again.

The morning her mom and Damian are suppose to return and a couple of days before the big test, and a day before the games tryout, Stella and Phoebe goes to boatcamp at 10, only to Phoebe´s suprise finding out the clock is only 8 and that only Stella, dara and Xander are there to give her a test Xander has come up with. Xander tells her that he knows she will succeed because he can see into a person center - a gift from the gods because he is the son of the God Narcissus, so he wouldn´t end up like him - which means his powers are more stronger than Phoebe´s. Phoebe passes the test and her mom and Damian are there when she is finished. That night when Phoebe writes with her 2 BFF´s Nola tells her that she will come to the Island in August. The next day is the trial to the games and Phoebe just have to be in the top three. When she is almost done she is number 3 but suddenly there is a girl a little older than her in front of her and Phoebe knows that she is now number 4 and wont make the team. First it is hard for her to accept it, but she does and as fast as the racer in front of her showed up, she winks at Phoebe and disappear. Phoebe comes in third and makes the team and Damian tells her that that was her test and he vispers that the girl was Nike. A week later both her and Griffen has made the teams for the games

I think this book was just as good and fun as the first one and I really liked the library part where she tells about school library´s being small, because it is so true i real life. I am really hoping that she is going to write another one, because i really like this book.
